Dental coverage - Oasis provides dental coverage for yourself and your qualified dependents at no charge to the employee. Our dental provider is Delta Dental, a respected national dental care provider.

Life Insurance - Oasis provides a base $50,000 term life insurance policy for all employees.

401(k) - Oasis provides employees with the opportunity to save a portion of their salary on a tax-deferred basis. Investment earnings on that savings is tax-deferred also. In addition, Oasis will match 50% of the first 5% the employee contributes to the plan.
